Yep, well done to the women's side... Hard fought draw but deserved.

    Two match play-offs now...

They couldn't bloody score either. <doh>

Gave it a good go though. The girl on the wing, Jones, only 19, looks a real prospect.

    Well done ladies. <applause>

Very good crowd support, 12700 I think. 3 times the previous record.

Anthem well sung before the game - compared to the mumbled version at the England game 10 minutes earlier. Their ladies had a good night, 35 shots and 10 goals. It was Luxembourg though.

I’m not sure but please tell me they aren’t tagged the Dragonesses in line with the cringing moniker the Lionesses the English use.

Would be superb if the ladies could emulate the men, win a playoff and make the WC finals.

Indeed and I'm sure they'll be aiming for that. I just hope that if they don't make it, they and others don't see it as failure. The extraordinary progress they are making is a huge success in it's own right.

Ioan Gruffudd is another proud Welshman, in this clip watching egg.
Must admit that I had a similar reaction though was more fully clothed.

Wales heavily depleted for tonight's game against Belgium mainly due to injuries.

Hoping they can avoid a heavy defeat tonight and then see off Poland in the final game to avoid relegation. :emoticon-0142-happy

Wales making a decent go of it now but looking shaky at times against a star studded Belgian side.

    Big Kieffer on the mark...

Wow. What a second half. We could have been 5 down in the first half but we were a different proposition in the second.
I looked at the Belgian squad against ours and feared a thumping, but our boys wear the shirt with pride and are not short of skills.
    So proud tonight.

Ok, not a disastrous result by any stretch and leaves our fate in our own hands.

Beat Poland Saturday and we stay in League A!!!

    Go Wales...

EDIT.... Sunday (thanks Brennan Johnson I almost got the wrong day <doh>)

Tonight lifted my spirits after the nonsense that's going on with the Bluebirds.

Only saw highlights on bbc - could have been 0-5 by half time but fair play to the boys they put up a great effort.

Watched the whole game on S4C with the sound turned off. Had BBC Wales Sport on the radio for the commentary in English. Slightly out of sync timing wise - commentary a couple of seconds ahead of the pictures but enjoyed the game.

As said we could (should) have been buried by half time, but as Gabbs and Blake mentioned on commentary, one thing we do is never give up. In the end Belgium were happy to hear that final whistle.
