I can’t see it being that well attended, but you certainly should get 3 questions in.
In addition to asking him about passing on info to forum stooges on message boards, can you follow up with -
1. What was the net transfer spend at the club this summer, incl the Alfie May fee ?
2. How to do communications with “insiders” like lawnmower man Swiz, Dubai, and of course Global arise ?
Does he send for them, or do they send for him ? Or do they do it by a billet doux ?
Please ask.

I can just picture the scene on 3 October at Petts Wood social club.
Twenty badly dressed old duffers gather around, adjusting their hearing aids as Methven agrees to take questions.

Methven has got a lot of explaining to do on Thursday night.
Somehow , he, Rodwell & Scott survived the abomination that was last season, but fans & investors won’t be so forgiving this year.
L1 is absolutely soul destroying, and nobody is fooled by this bollox about marginal gains off the pitch and “a promotion challenge being the minimum requirement” (Rodwell’s words - on it).
No doubt the SMT are on top wages & a nice rake off, which thanks to their incompetence they have zero likelihood of achieving.

Brener and Friedman are just providers of a loan - at some point, they will want their money back (with interest)

In my opinion, the best thing that can happen to Charlton is that Methven and Co balls up so badly that Brener and Friedman refuse to loan them anymore, and then have to take control themselves!!
The yanks stepped in with outing Appleton, and that was only 6 months into their reign, they'll be back again soon.
If we do not go up this season Mary, Mungo and Midge will be feeling the heat.
