It's an open and shut case really as all the common sense and evidence lies in our (mine and my colleague's) argument. It truly does. We face the reality, however, that the panel will probably follow the path of least resistance and go with our employer. Who would let silly things like common sense and evidence get in the way of a simpler conclusion?
Our employer has contacted and given misinformation to the panel before convening, too, which peppers things up. Union advice is to use that but it does make for a tense situation. Employer also thinks we won't call her bluff on her 'fixed' data (union advice is to use expression "it appears to me it has been enhanced". <laugh> ) Union said we should 'whistle-blow' in this meeting if she mentions it. I think she will. What will the panel think of that? Might all be a bit too scary so go with employer for safety's sake. Who knows? :emoticon-0107-sweat

I'll let you know later if I'm a happy bunny or not. Good job it's not Easter! ;)
 
Guessing that because of Napoleon Bonaparte decreeing it France was one, and the other maybe somewhere like Denmark or Russia.

I think I can give you that Frenchie. The Danish ambassador to Russia noticed that all traffic was on the right there (at least in the cities) in 1709 - Copenhagen had right only traffic in 1758 but only extended this to the rest of Denmark in 1791. So the answer is probably Russia and Denmark (predating Napoleon) although this may not have applied to all roads - and Napoleon certainly standardized it. So, over to you.
