Don't find it easy at all. Sheringham in Norfolk is the answer to a) I think.
Vaughan Williams lived there for a time, but that is not a term. Allegro? but can't piece it together.

b) cantabile - the Roman name for it was something like Cantiacorum (I vaguely remember from school)
