All yours Yorkie. They're not exactly noses as such but receptors for different smelling functions. One of these is for recognizing your nest ( something like breathing in and thinking - this must be Watford, another for recognizing the wife (smells like her), another for your food etc. etc., I believe another for direction (ie. that's the way to Luton). Take it away.

Since the early 14th Century, a symbol has been printed on some wine bottles. What is the symbol, and what does it denote?
 
Is it the Black Rooster? Printed on wine bottles in the Chianti Classico region of Italy, the rooster is the symbol of the Lega del Chianti, created by the Republic of Florence to control the Chianti territory.
 
Clue: A man built a large house for a summer retreat. He also started the vineyard, although this was not his first job.
