It is indeed Durham City FC. Inaugural members of Division 3 North, they failed to get re-elected in 1928 and were replaced by Carlisle United.If it's what I think it is then my cousin runs a pub in the city. I think it's the original site of Durham City FC (Holiday Park) - though it doesn't look very inviting for holidays. They played in the league for a couple of seasons in the 1920s.
