They have planning granted for a new ground which will be built of wood from a sustainable source - at the very least, wouldn't that be a breach of FA or EFL regulations?

I actually think that the greenist club award should go to Porlock FC. in the Taunton and District Saturday league. They don't have a stand of any sort, don't offer food of any sort and never travel further than 20 miles <laugh>

I hope their pitch isn't halfway up Porlock Hill. <laugh>
Unfortunately not Dave ! It's in Hawkcombe which is altogether mellower - my mother used to live opposite their ground. When they won their bonus was a pint in the Ship Inn - which is at the base of the hill - really how football should be ! Porlock hill is not as bad as Countisbury Hill, which is at the Lynmouth end - a narrow stone bridge going out of Lynmouth immediately followed by a one in four (at times one in 3 and a half) for over a mile.
