I only set a question as it seemed another posted didn't want to. I have therefore, inadvertently, made this thread grind to a halt. I apologise, like most of my mistakes it was done with good intentions.
It doesn't matter in the slightest Mex. It often slows to a stop when other things are going on. I think our canary has found something that maybe obvious, but none of us can see at present.

Look at the list of numbers, what is the obvious criteria. So what comes next?
6-0-7 The first number is the hour. The second two numbers are the minutes, which progress by 11 for each set of numbers. Therefore 4-5-6 + 11 = 6-0-7.
Sounds plausible. It's still all Greek to me.
You are correct re hours and minutes.
