It has to be that at some point Charles Leclerc would've been the first Monacan to be on pole.

Red Bull could have taken the front row of the grid on their home track?

    No.... two drivers Frenchie......

(I am going on the long journey south this morning... so whoever gets the nationality and the two drivers at the front of the grid at some point in qualifying gets to win)

If you go through drivers nationality should become apparent

Sorry Yorkie, the Grand Prix seems to pass me by these days. Something to do with TV rights I think.

A simple and topical one. Which World Cup had the most goals per game?

I would guess at one of the older ones. 1958 ?

I'll change that Frenchie, I'll go for 1954. Germany and Hungary managed 16 in games against each other which must have knocked it up a little. unbelievably Germany lost 3-8 against them at the group phase.

Yes that is the year. On average over 5 goals a game. All yours.

Cheers Frenchie. Which unlikely everyday substance was used as invisible ink for a time during World War 1 by British secret services ?

I remember as a kid using lemon juice for invisible ink. Could that be it?

To put it delicately, "the seed of life". I seem to remember it being mentioned on the QI episode entitled "Espionage" (watching a repeat a few months ago, not the original airing on the BBC).

All yours Barry. British intelligence services experimented with all kinds of invisible ink during the war years. Apparently human semen was considered ideal for this purpose because spies would always have it there when needed. The only problem was that it had a pungent smell when old and so spies were encouraged to use it fresh ! The whole thing was authorized by a Captain Sir Mansfield Cumming (no joke intended). Take it away.
