O.k. If you think you've got the next one then carry on and set the next question because I have to go out. What lifelong ambition did Steve Davies achieve in Oxford on 28th July 1994 ?
I've been away, missed my turn apparently after my wolf effort so... gimme a minute... maybe in the morning...zzzz
Correct ! He was a West Ham fan watching a pre season friendly at Oxford City and had been mouthing off so much about the players that 'Arry told him to come on for the second half. Over to you Fez.
The musician Thomas Ratajczyk released an album in 2008 with a strangely prophetic title A three part question then: 1. Name the album? 2. What caused him to title the album thus? 3. What is the irony in the album title? It's not that hard (with a little research - or you know your music history) and it is a darkly humourous tale....
I'm glad you allowed research.... 1. Dead Again 2. He had previously been thought to have died when his band's website published an image of a tombstone bearing his name and the dates 1962-2005 3. He actually did die later from heart failure probably connected to his heavy drug use.
Had to allow research BB, far too vague otherwise! The irony is , of course, that Dead Again was their last album. Tragic waste of a darkly funny musical talent: they have a recording of Black Sabbath's "Paranoid" which they managed to stretch out for nearly 9 minutes - the original zips by at a pacey 2 1/2 mins. He is the man in my 'signature'. Sorry, been a bit busy to come up with contributions to the board of late. Over to you... meanwhile, best I think of my predictions for today's matches.
It wasn't until 1989 that the world realised that I am poisonous - thanks to this man who accidentally found out. I'm now known as the only one of my kind to be poisonous. One gram of my muscle tissue contains enough poison to kill 100 mice, but by far the most poison about my body is in my 'outer covering' - meaning I am poisonous to touch. What am I?
No - not a snail, nor mollusca of any kind. The guy who discovered that they were poisonous was using a net at the time....
This profession was all but dead by the late 19th Century. Before Bonaparte replaced it as a type of bogeyman mothers would threaten their children with 'Ãf you don't behave the --------- will get you '. The profession is mentioned by Thomas Hardy. What is the profession ?
