Near enough - when they unsurprisingly went out because of that penalty miss, the spike in power usage was the equivalent of the effect of 1,120,000 being switched on at the same time.When England went out of the world Cup on penalties (no surprise there then) and 1120000 people went to make a cup of tea as Waddle's penalty kick disappeared into the sky
