Surely rabid fans go and play golf? Most important game of the season surely you go and arrange a golf game? then come on here and call ehab a ****ing **** get out of my (arf) club???

Oooh ooh, an excuse for an old joke.

My mate was badly injured in an accident with a truck delivering a whole variety of golf clubs that he got badly entangled in. The emergency services say he's out of the woods now.

I know I'm new here but is this Chazz fella just belittling and berating people? What's the point in having a message board if we can't discuss ideas without personally trying to attack people.

Me personally, I do not see the point in protesting further at this point;

1. Due to my feelings of complete apathy to the club at this point
2. What are protesters actually hoping to achieve? Like it or lump it the Allam's aren't going anywhere, better off finding something more productive to do with your Saturday afternoon.
You will get used to chazz...I've pressed the ignore button too many times...but then other peoples replies to him make no sense.

The last thing needed on Saturday is something that risks having a go at the players just ahead of the game (irrespective of their utterly unacceptable performance last night).
The root cause is:
1. By a country mile - the Allam's (with Ehab in particular)..
2. Clueless McCann and Byrne
3. Way behind 1 & 2, the players.
Hopefully Burnsey does get access to Ehab before too long, but this time goes to town with him akin to how he did with McCann. Not to just accept the normal **** and bollox but to call him out, expose his stupidity, ask the real questions and to not be satisfied with bullshit answers. If it results in no media access to the club, then so be it - that would just further amplify what dipshits they are.

HCST Response to Wigan Defeat

Yesterday evening’s record equalling 8-0 defeat to Wigan Athletic was the result of years of mismanagement and steady decline coming home to roost. The club we all support is a national laughing stock and supporters are rightly sad and angry at the situation.

There have been calls for protests to be organised, which we completely understand. From the Supporters’ Trust perspective last night’s result has not changed anything regarding the underlying problems our club faces. The club has been on a downward spiral for years and there appears to have been no sign of a willing for this to change.

HCST is usually not a protest organisation. We have previously helped organise peaceful protests, the only type of protests we could consider being involved with due to our Trust status, which we don’t believe future ones would be effective against this current, unprecedented regime. It would also be irresponsible given the current global health pandemic to encourage any mass gatherings.

The most effective way of protesting is by withholding your financial support. At other clubs in similar distressed situations, it has always been financial reasons which have facilitated change. We appreciate this is a moral decision people have to make which is ludicrous considering all people want to do is support THEIR team and we therefore respect differing views on this.

Whilst protesting may bring some short-term relief and a chance to display frustrations, ultimately we don’t feel it will have the desired impact. We do however acknowledge your right to peacefully protest and will not criticise anyone for this. It is important nobody does as unity amongst the supporter base is essential, we all want a successful Hull City AFC.

The Trust, as it has been for a while, is focusing on engaging with potential new owners where we feel there is the greatest chance of bringing real change. This is obviously a lengthy process given the current asking price for the club with no guaranteed success however we will keep trying. We have also been focusing on other positive causes that we can influence in the local community.

Nah, fake news. He's still wedged in there.

I agree with the HCST response who I hold in high regard. I also understand the desire to protest and not acquiesce to 8-0 defeats and relegations, its a unique situation to be relegated in an empty stadium, how do we show our pride and passion?

I forgot the radio and RH's commentary, the main way I've kept up with City since I stopped going, was a completely made-up concept in my head. <doh>

Oh, almost forgot, Ehab's a ****ing ****, get out of my club.

Soft **** and proud

"way behind", my arse - you've pedalled that line before, you were wrong then and you're just as wrong now; the lack of personal pride in some of last night's starters was beyond belief, they were a disgrace and not fit to wear the shirt. The sooner they're gone the better.

Very much what Ashbee said today... once this couldn't give a 4x attitude is in a player, he shouldn't be around the football club. They got away without embarrassment last night because of no supporters being present. The person demanding to speak to David Burns today to on Sports Talk tonight should have been the captain, someone who holds the title in name only. I would rather have all the youngsters desperate to make it in football wearing this clubs colours rather than the shower who turned out last night for big bucks. I said to my dad this afternoon, if they dont want sto be here, so be it, but there are literally millions of people in this country who have no choice other than to rack up daily and do a job they hate to the best of their ability./

We played all kids against Donny in the L. Cup - they were outclassed for parts of the game and conceded two goals but, they never stopped battling till the final whistle, when they were rightly given a proper ovation from good travelling support; I don't mind us losing but, losing like we did last night? That was the worst display of effort I've ever seen - i'm with you, play the kids and those who'll be here next year.

Aren't there rules about fielding what might look like a deliberately weakened team? The Barnsleys, Charltons and Hudds of this world might take exception to that.
