After reading a post one on here I've checked minutes played verses goals for our strikers: It's official Super Nick is our most prolific goal scorer;
Taking today's game at 90 mins;
Aluko's played a total of 2060 mins of competative football - Goals / min ratio = 257.5
Simmo's played a total of 2037 mins of competative fottball - Goals / min ratio = 339.5
Super Nick's played a total of 875 mins of competative football - Goals / min ratio = 218.75
There's the facts fella's make of it what you will..

Well he's not going to get a run alongside Aluko for a while. Simpson or Koren up front with him then.

That's brilliant. But all these stats you keep quoting are irrelevant aren't they?
No one is comparing Wood to anyone else. We all agree it'd be nice to have him but we don't, we have Prossy, Simpson and Aluko and we were comparing our strikers to decide who should play up front. How can you be a moderator if all you want to do on every thread is turn it into some daft slagging match?
I wouldn't mind us trying him out in 4-3-3. I know 3-5-2 has proved pretty successful so far but there's no guarantee it's getting the absolute best out of the players:

Only problem being of course that we lack wingers, although Dawson could be brought in if we wanted to stick Brady in a more advanced winger position.
All of this is almost certainly not going to happen anyway, but it's worth a thought.

Where did you get Proschwitz playing time from.? I believe its less than half that. Would like to see the break down.
As for Woods 212 minutes according to the Leicester guy...thats BS. Its at least 10 times that. So his ratio is probably the same as Prossies.

A goal every 35 minutes. He played the full 90 in one and then was subbed after 61 in two others.

Has anyone got a video of the big man's goal from last night? If its as good as i'm told then i'd like to see it. Have your highlights been uploaded to your version of FoxesPlayer? as far as I'm aware a subscription to any of the 'Players' means you can access them all.

It wasn't long ago many on here were calling for Jakupovic i don't think so now. We need a couple of strikers now Aluko is out and If Koren is injured i don't think at this moment in time Simpson who has a great work rate but misses to many good chances and Prozzy who scored last night but in all honesty has not done enough in is all round game to convince me he or simpson are TOP championship strikers which is what you need to go up
It is obvious that some Leicester fans are deeply in love with our German striker (come on AKCJ - when you proposing marriage to him, and that is a joke in the same way as you've turned your "deeply insightful contribution" into a joke), and then for a Leicester fan to have the brass neck to call one of our fans for starting a thread on the Leicester board - when it seems like half the postings on this board are made by Leicester fans.
Hopefully young Nick can get a run in the side and the service to score the goals we need to achieve the points to gain promotion (then see how many Hull fans are banned from their board for giving back to them what they have given us)
