How do you know he didn't make the claim because he was bitter with the club and wanted to get back at the club and made a false claim!

Why would Norris' dismissal have anything to do with Arsenal's promotion? Nobody claimed that, so why would you deny it?
Norris was never your manager. He was your owner.
Knighton, but the point stands. He wasn't the manager at the time so wouldn't have been privy to any of it. Also, he never even said that Norris 'bribed' other chairmen.
He was known to have a very bitter relationship with Norris though, probably exacerbated by Norris sacking him. Another reason why he might try and get back at him and make spurious claims (even though he didn't)
Oh and his autobiography has been shown to have many glaring factual inaccuracies, it being noted that his comments on Norris cannot be taken with any degree of authenticity.
It wasn't, as I've said. The reason I mentioned it was because you seemed to be trying to compare Norris being dismissed by Arsenal as equating to Norris being guilty of bribing our way to promotion.

If you show me credible evidence i will answer so far havent seen any apart from claims of it from various people.
Arsenal are playing there on merit though. We've won the league 13 times, thereby demonstrating that we have earned our place in it. If we weren't promoted in 1919, then we would have been subsequently given our record in said league, thanks
