I’m still hopeful but I always am.
Given my previous with match forecasts then I am afraid to comment.
I’ve tried to be 20/80 against just to save the disappointment. But years of loving this club just makes me believe that we’ll be that club this year that scrapes playoffs then wins them
We won’t get to the playoffs, and even if we do we won’t get to the final, and even if we do there’s no way we’ll win the final.

It's a weird one this season. In all my previous play off experiences, we have tended to limp over the line and end up playing the form team in the division (Charlton x 2, Palace, Lincoln), however if we manage to hold onto 6th place, we will be one of the form teams (by virtue of winning most of our games) and it might just be someone like Wigan or MK Dons who might fear playing us

We know we have to win most of our games to make the play offs.
We don't know how many games that needs to be.
We know that we will need all our players fit and battle ready to win most of our games. We don't know how many of our players will get injured.
We don't know how many of our rivals will lose games but we know some will have to for us to make the play ofs. A known unknown.
So what does this analysis tell us... we are in a hiatus between games and are bored?.
We know we have to win most of our games to make the play offs.

For us to even make the play offs we are going to have to play really well for the rest of the season - generally the team that arrives in the play offs on the back of a good run do well and those that limp in (like we have many times) do not.
If we play well enough to get to the playoffs then I'd really fancy our chances - it's a big IF mind!

I think we have a 50:50 chance of making the play offs although there’s only a 1 in 10 chance of that.
