Well its not really an argument, it's a fact.
You can argue against the law if you want, but I don't think it will get you anywhere......
Consent seems to be the issue, if she didnt consent or was coerced or blackmailed in some way, then that changes things.
Or if he slept with a girl who was under the age of consent where the act took place. But then you have to bear in mind that some places have ridiculously low age of consent laws, and not just in **** hole countries like Phillipines and whatnot, even Germany, which has an age of consent of 14!

I mean, its probably because I have been born and raised in England, but generally 16 seems about right for me, any lower and its just......icky......

She was underage Bod, it don't matter what the law is in the UK, the simple fact remains, under Florida law, she was underage. The legal age for sex in the State is 18. It is permissable at 17 but as a close-in-age exemption - The partner must be no older than 23. The drinking age in Florida is 21, and the voting age is 18.
 
Even if she was over age it doesn't mean she was fair game to exploit.

As someone else pointed out, if she'd been passed around by brown cab drivers in the north of England she'd 100% be considered a victim.

That was the point I was making.
You have to govern by Geography, only fair way to do it.

and the point that I make that leads into that, under Florida law it's tantamount to grooming, not only that, I thought she was raped by Epstein, Maxwell was procuring the women, hence they were being led by someone old enough to be their mum, building trust but in fact was the madam. We all know about trust where the Maxwell's are concerned, to the tune of around £460 Million, that they duped out of adults, let alone someone only 17 for sex.

Yeah it's definitely grooming otherwise why not just go for women in their mid twenties? They picked the age range they did for a reason.

I agree, I even saw one claim, where someone was joked for being too old at 21 in that brothel. I asssume from what we know that they purposely targeted kids.

I would expect a 18-23 year old male to say to me that 17 isn't a kid............BUT any guy that is over 40 and has had kids of their own, I can't invisage why they would see them any other way, than a kid or a young immature woman.

From 40, that makes you 23 years their senior, if you are 50 it makes you 33 years their senior, anyone within that age group that dosen't think she was a kid, needs to go and give their head a serious wobble.

I am 36 and have two daughters, aged 9 and 3.
And I would never, under any circumstances, touch a teenager like that! Anything under like 21 is strictly no go for me. I know I joke around on here sometimes, but in all seriousness, under 21 is icky as **** for someone my age.

It's typical grooming, behaviour all you do is have to look at the psychology from the Wests to Brady & Hindley. No I'm not suggesting the crimes are the same!! However there are many mirrors in the victimology profiles of both. These girls were picked because they were vulnerable and suggestible, an easy target so to speak, they were isolated and made to think any type of escape could cause further harm. I can see no excuses for the actions of these ****s

Same age, Bod. I'd up that age of 21 tbf. I wouldn't be comfortable shagging a lass that age or even a few years older. I have a 15 year old daughter. So even 22,23,24 is all closer to her age than mine and that's what I see. I've always liked mine to be older, my Mrs is approaching mid 40's. I'm not actually saying if you banged a lass who was 21, 22 you'd be doing anything wrong, at all. I just think there's no set age gap and circumstances play a big part.

That makes it all the more sicker what Prince Andy done because he is a father to a girl.
