Newcastle aren't in this game at all. If McClaren doesn't make a change (ie De Jong off and some midfield help on), then he's just a brollyless wally. Spurs look like a good team these days. Not a great one, but a good one - probably good enough for top 4 thanks to Chelsea.
In Aston Villa case we can do now. They are stinking the PL out. Derby and Sunderland once had the same number of points and they both sunk without much trace. IMHO, it is now a case who joins the Villa in next seasons championship. Hopefully it will be Norwich and Swansea. Both tedious trips to those places.
