I sincerely doubt he fell asleep in the road fellas! He's just had a blast & posted some crap, stupid, but the knives can be put away again now.
He passed out in the middle of the road. The girl that took the pic said he was out of it and couldn't be woken up.

Congrats to James Beattie, but I'd just like to take this opportunity to get one over Sky. :)

'BREAKING' - pah! <laugh>

The being so out of it you lay in the road is the only crazy part to me. His mates etc should have picked him up.

What other bits are there - isn't it just a picture of a guy being so out of it he's laying in the road? What are the other crazy bits you're ignoring?

It's funny the amount of times over the years how many times the fixtures have been "leaked" and 100% of the time they've been completely and utterly wrong! :)

Typical bloody Liverpool - they even nick our supposed first fixture!

Boy goes out and gets drunk - shock horror!

It is kind of shock to see any youngster lying flat out on the road like that. Could choke on his vomit if he's that out of it. I never fell asleep in the road over countless years of going out all night. As well as being a pro footballer, he's a serious role model. He'll blow his career, I'd say, based on what I've seen and read about him this year. That's just the two that made it into the papers.

Did I not say the only crazy bit? Which would mean I think it is the only crazy (not crazy as in mad, crazy as stupid) part of the photo. A guy getting smashed is fine. The being allowed (by his mates) to lay in the middle of the road is just stupid, he was out off it anything could have happened. But then he is a Prem footy player so he knows stuff like this will get attention. Specially after his laughing gas thing as well.

I know, but it is also the only part of the photo, full stop. So I wasn't sure what you meant - to me you were saying the only crazy thing about that photo is the thing that's happening in that photo. I was trying to distinguish if there was some other facet that people are making a deal out of.

Agree his mates should have picked him up. Though they were all probably out of shot doing the same thing.

It's why you always have a guy that drinks less. I was in Tenerife a few days ago, shame I didn't see him about. Tried to meet Reed to but he must of gone on.

Les Reed was out there? Would have had him down as too old for all that. <laugh>

Seriously, though, hope our young players aren't behaving like that. Just pass out in a bed if you're going to drink like that...

Really? I've woken up a few times thinking I just fell over until I looked at my watch and realise 4,5,6,7,etc hours had passed. Once woke up propped up over a bush i.e. almost balanced with the bush acting as a pivot.
