Agreed. I've been making this point for a while. They score late time and time again.

So that Spurs result means if we win today there's a 3 point gap between 5th and 6th, with Liverpool playing Man City next weekend and Spurs hopefully distracted/drained by the League Cup and UEFA Cup.
