I agree with what Fonte said earlier...it is annoying to say that we can't be judged until we play the big clubs. There are no easy games. Can we point out that we won 8-0.

I've done some Maths. Sunderland were at home, so that's 25% off and Chelsea played away so that's another 25% off. If my maths are correct, we will beat Chelsea 4-0 at home and 2-0 away

Just noticed the Sunderland/Chelsea result. Was it Merson who said Saints wouldn't make the top 4 because we could only draw with Villa..?

Presumably, by that same logic, Chelsea are doomed not to win the Premier League. Which means that if we can buck the trend and they can't, we could be celebrating a league championship come May.

Well if Merson can come to a conclusion as he has done after seeing one match [he'd not watched Saints at all this season before viewing the Villa match], then I can use the same distorted logic, I think. After all, he's the paid expert.
