Full tables aren't what they used to be, when they used to tell how many goals were conceded Home & Away separately, but anyhow, have a good gaze at how those around us are doing:

We are scoring very well and defending brilliantly.
Wow Aston Villa just 4 goals and 6th yet Everton 12 goals and 14th. Just shows how much a defence can cost you no matter how many you score.
And yet the second best defence is Stoke and they are 4th from bottom. It just shows how not scoring can cost you no matter how good the defence.
Sorry Des couldn't resist it. You are, of course, correct.
In a lot of jobs being ignored by the boss is a bonus. In my last job, I used to hear people moan that the manager was hardly seen and never spoke to them. I used to say: Are you mad? That's the best manager to have. If he could forget my name and my very existence, I would have been in pig heaven![]()
I like my boss.

Stoke have a good set of fixtures - got Bardsley in my team.Lol @ Stoke. 2nd best defence in the league.....but can't score themselves. Might get me some cheap defenders for my Fantasy team![]()
Stoke have a good set of fixtures - got Beardsley in my team.

Paul Walsh (on Sky) has said that Spurs may find it hard even to make the top 6. Doesn't rate Mauricio...as he said, Southampton had good players when he arrived and he had little influence on that.
David Moyes, Neil Lennon, Steve Bruce, Tony Pulis. Although if Ashley wants to get the fans back onside, at least in the short term, then Chris Hughton might be worth a shot. I don't think the Newcastle fans wanted him sacked in the first place.
Ashley and Pardew are mates. They go to casinos together. Pardew was going to casinos with Ashley while he was still our manager. I think it will take a lot for Ashley to sack him.
