A good weekend for all the top clubs. Shame Spurs aren't throwing away points. Quite happy to see ManU win, keeps the gap to top 5 tight.
 
Hands up who knew that the Dutch Football League uses video assistant technology to help referees..? Mentioned in this article.

It's sort of true. The video ref guy is in the stands and judges incidents that are "referred" to him...but doesn't actually influence the on pitch decision. A bit ad hoc but an interesting study anyway, will be interesting to see what happens when it moves into real world trials.

PS Man City had 43 shots and 78% of possession yesterday, so I hope Swarbrick told Tony Pulis to do one.
