Just going to ask now,I'm aware a few things could and will change by the time the season starts, With a new season no doubt expectations will be high as always but saying that i think its the first time since we've been in the championship i don't think we will be challenging. Its always great at the end of the season to look back at articles like this and see who predicted where we would finish, Was looking back at last seasons one and i said a 5th place finish <laugh> how wrong i was, But grown up a lot since then and ive smelt the coffee, So im predicting a 6th place finish.......... <laugh> but My serious prediction is 12th... Be nice to get our home fortress tag back, its been hit terribly the last 2 and a half seasons so to go to the home games and see a strong stable side who don't give up would be great

Your thoughts and predictions please

Lets see how Del gets on in the transfer market 1st, then predict.

You always get some ****ish comment from a rovers 'fan' on every City thread. Thick ****

i gonna with top half maybe even play offs but if we is lucky and anything is possible we could win
and 1 kind word for the gas followers i think u should reach play offs at least if not you've under achieved

Don't expect miracles this next season because I think it's going to be more of a struggle than a lot of us believe. The squad has been torn apart, rightfully so, and to rebuild from what is a questionable base with new players can sometimes be a tricky task but I'm sure Derek is well up to the job at hand.

Getting the right players is job 1 and then the next priority is to mould them in to a working unit that will be able to handle the difficult task of making BCFC a possible contender in the Championship. Generally a team that is built too quickly can come apart just as fast so it is critical to look back early in the season to make sure all the parts are working correctly and, if not, adjust the mix where necessary. We all wish DM the best and don't judge him too soon in to the season when he will still be looking to improve the squad in his own good time. The team should blend together some time in Oct/Nov and to criticise before then would only prove to a be a mistake because time alone will tell the story about where we are headed next season.

How can Mr G say they will be top - have they made 10 signings that I have missed??

As for us - I hope DM can bring in the quality we need - would settle for 12th if you offer it to me now!

I think we will win the league with 138 points. With a plus goal difference of 276 - 314 anything else and I will get angry;)

No in all honesty I will be happy with mid table 10-16 place
