    i suppose all i have taken from the first half is that we are not shy to knock it around......and how high our back line is.....but it is a boring affair......attack is non exhistent.

    we really do need a striker though.....both teams are a shadow of their first 11.

    A better performance than against the Galaxy but the opposition weren't up to much today. Loserpool kept gifting us the ball and we couldn't do a lot with it. We looked better with the 2 Toms, Thudd and Carroll. Bassong still doesn't look like a defender.

    Boring game. Samethings PNP said after the Galaxy game; Bassong is pap so just get rid no matter what the bid is, not enough passing in the middle without Carroll or Hudd, Kane can't play up top on his own, Townsend isn't good enough yet, Dawson looked good out there as did Huddlestone but unfortunately for all Bentley's trying he just aint cutting it. As for AVB, I'd like to see him bring in more of a sense of formation, the front 4 are being given the freedom to run around where they please but they're not syncing up enough so either keep Sig/VDV up next to the striker or get Bale and Lennon to sit further up the field because we need more support for our striker, even when we get one that can play up top on their own. On the plus side we were the better team and were it not for Azza hitting the post and Liverpool players playing so cynically when we got the ball it'd have been more evident.

    Ligue 1: 12 goals, 6 assists
    Champions League: 2 goals, 2 assists
    Coup de Ligue: 4 goals, 1 assist
    Coup de France: 3 goals, 1 assist
    Trophee de Champions: 1 goal

    It should be said in 2010-11 he scored 16 league goals, and 2009-10 he scored 14.

    Maybe not twenty (not in his first season, anyway), but he should chip in. Now, if we signed Ade and Remy, that gives us plenty of potential firepower up front.

    Ade 5 million, Remy 15 million, if thats possible then I don't see why we haven't made the deals happen as we have had plenty of time.

    the match was dire..glad Bale still got both his legs..no thanks to the thug Adams.....i thought Kane grafted...Carroll looks like he has a good midfielders brain on him...i might get shot for the next bit..but i thought Jenas put a shift in.
