My old bones are telling me I shouldn't have stayed up. Monday mornings aren't normally this difficult...

Next game is tomorrow, yeah? Kick off time is..?

Wow - that is an impressively terrible penalty decision. Seems like it was an entertaining game. Think I'll watch it now - Cheers, Inda!

For some bizarre reason the highlights people kept showing replays of the incident after the penalty incident, which was Matuidi blocking a cross with his arm in the top left corner of the box. So yes, anyone basing their judgement on the highlights has every right to be confused <laugh>

Well technically the Roma game is on Wednesday as it kicks off at 1.00am again. So we're playing on Tuesday and Wednesday at the same time. Schroedinger's Spurs?

The City game kicks off at the far more humane hour of 23.00 <laugh>

Oh yeah - they did that on the actual game too. At the end of that clip I replied to it shows it in slow motion. Ball kicked against PSG defender's arm from literally a yard away.

Done the 2nd half.
Once the usual starting XI was on, the pressing game was
a handful for PSG (even if it had remained 11 vs 11) .

Having decent alternatives for Kane and Eriksen remains my
main concern.

Hull ground is bigger than Wembley, I hear. We tonked them 1-7.

It's in the head plus everyone else turning up for their Cup final.

If everyone treats it like a cup final, they'll freeze and then start going down with cramp after 70 minutes. We'll know how to play there and torment them with late goals. There must be an advantage to playing there regularly. God knows we are used to a slow start, but come October we should be comfortable there.

Daniel Levy took part in a Q&A at the NASDAQ with Ledley King, which is all a bit strange.
Not really something that he normally does, it it?
He was asked about pre-match rituals in the UK and gave this answer:

"It's really an English tradition where basically in the boardroom at the club you have the directors of the opposing team and you have this dining experience where they turn up 90 minutes for (before?) the game."
"It's a sit down meal. It's quite formal."
"It's all about being an English gentleman. We're all very polite to each other, but the reality is we all want to kill each other!"

I suspect that it's a bit more literal in his case!

I bet the D1ldo bros get served Lidl own brand lasagna at WHL.
Far too good for them!!
Hopefully we stocked up a few Tesco equine specials specially for the purpose. And left them unrefrigerated for the past 4 years!! <laugh>

Read all the pieces of the Q+A that I could find,
and it was all good PR

"Not really something that he normally does, it it?"

Levy does it when appropriate.

I value the stuff he does with the THST far more
(how many of the top PL clubs - or others - have that
kind of interaction between supporters and chairman) .

Awfully quiet on here. No-one up for it?

Starting 11: [HASHTAG]#THFC[/HASHTAG]: Vorm, Trippier, Carter-Vickers, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Walker-Peters, Dier, Dembele, Onomah, Dele, Kane

Kinda reluctantly here lol. Wanted to get some work finished tonight but sacked it off and decided to do it tomorrow morning, not realising the game was tonight(I'd seen Wednesday and was thinking it was tomorrow night <doh> ). Now I've got to stay up til 3 and get up early <grr>

Strong side though, guessing we aren't gonna be making too many subs tonight. Looking forward to seeing Walker-Peters and CCV tried out in a 343.
