Talking of Dua Lipa did you see this from country music awards. They have and they did.
He's a bit of a Lee Cattermole isn't he ...
... he'd snap Dua Lipas legs![]()

RTG is like going out on a works do, you have a good time but you can’t quite let go because you never know if you can quite trust some folk.
here is like going out with your trusted circle, you can also wear your comfy pants and crappy t shirt without being judged too harshly (you will still get judged though as is quite right)
I remember the little picture toasts we’ve all done over the years with the take over and promotion and it was bloody lovely![]()
To be fair I’m buck naked most of the timeI hope you put your best clothes on every now and again when you come on here!
It was probably January 27th, 2011Couldn't tell you when I joined. BBC was before this and I vividly remember good times on there. Rams fan 66 I remember him from Derby! It was a great format and I remember a one minute clock where you couldn't post one after another.

Aye on this site smart arse! I meant the BBC site but I think you knew thatIt was probably January 27th, 2011![]()
3 and a half for me.Been here 4 years in September. Love it on here.
I think you’re all a bunch of knobs.
Seriously though, it’s decent on here. The only thing I find is by the time I get round to posting someone has already said it so I usually just leave it. I was on the forum a long time ago under a couple of different names then left because there was a time when people were just getting arsey with each other and a bit vitriolic. I joined the forum run by Cyprussyd which was a very pleasant little place. That folded and I came back. Things had improved. Used to be a couple of non Sunderland fans on here whose posts were also welcome - a Man City fan and dare I say it a Newcastle fan. There might have been a Man U fan along time ago.
Posters I don’t get are those that are constantly sniping at the club. Criticism I get and I’ve had disagreements with a few but it’s a forum for all views. For me, no joy in being miserable though and whatever division we’re in we just try to look at the positives and enjoy my match day.
I was briefly on the BBC606 site under another name and when that folded I went to another 606 phoenix site but it only had about 3 people posting. I watched this site for several years before joining in 2015. Never been on RTG; it sounds horrendous.
This year marks a big milestone since I moved away from the NE and I've lost touch with everyone I used to go to matches with, apart from me Dad. So you lot are my main link to the club/the fanbase. When I do go now, I go on my own, drag my wife (a West Ham ST holder), my daughter, or a mate. When I first moved, I used to go to a lot of away games but that seems to have got harder over the years.
I'll be honest, I see some opinions on here (not just about football) that make me despair and I regularly vow never to post again. There are one or two posters that I think are complete arseholes and that I really can't abide but there are a handful that I feel like I know (and that goes beyond the few that I've met in person) and like. If I did stop posting I'd probably quite miss that group of people. Which is a weird thing to say about a bunch of strangers on the Internet.

Aye, cheers Smug, I should make the effort to try and do that. It would be good to put a few more faces to usernames. It was a pleasure meeting everyone, including yourself, at the pub before Wembley. No need to go on your own unless you prefer it mate ...
... there's always someone from here at nearly every game.
People have a nominated pub so the atmosphere is usually great![]()
