Ahh my skills are excellent. Fine tuned. I enjoy sharing my disasters. Which have been plenty. Issue is drinking too much when cooking.
had 8 round here for Sunday lunch the other week. ****ing nailed it.. everything was amazing. Used bone marrow to make the gravy. Made a sprinkle for the roast spuds and one for the parsnips.
overcooked the beef. Went for 4 pints then went home started cooking whilst drinking wine. My kitchen looked like someone had thrown oil all over it.
