Saints need a tough, strong manager who will bring discipline to the squad and impose a set of high standards and demands that the players stick to those standards or they will be out of yhr team. We haven't had one for several years.

Careful what you wish for. In '78 we finished second to Bolton and last time out second to Reading. That worked out well for them both!
