Bloody Romans, then vikings followed by 1066 and all that plus gawd knows wot els., ****ing immigrants they can **** off with their pizzas, smorgasbord, michelin stars, kebabs and curries.
You're comparing modern immigrants to three groups of people who invaded this island and tried to take over by force, with one group in particular renowned for raping and pillaging? How very far right of you.

Presumably you now want yourself banned from the thread?

That's a well over the top generalisation the which ignores right wing anti-semitism, the BNP and EDL other white supremacists, and neo-Nazis. It reads as a C&P from the Mail comments section or a spiked article.

This from Sage Journals which may not suit your narrative and, although from the US, pretty well matches UK and European attitudes.
"It's mooted that antisemitism is not exclusive to one side of the political spectrum, but rather it acts as a "horseshoe" where the far-left and far-right converge. However, while antisemitic tropes are found across the political divide, studies have indicated that it is currently more prevalent among the far-right, particularly among young white men, and often links to white nationalist ideologies."

Show me one right wing account stating that what the police did was over the top

The’ll be all over X, next time Tommy Robinson gets his mob together to intimidate tourists and Londoners alike <ok>
Oh absolutely. They'll lie and moan about 2 tier policing, but the only people who seem to have issues with police kicking an armed terrorist in the head are the #fbpe and pro Palestine mob along with the tit whisperer himself.

There was nothing about police brutality in my post Lincs, see below. Are you on the green and leafy?

I wouldn't want to be a cop in the age of camera phones and social media.
Yep, trial by social media sucks.

I think it's a good thing that most people in the country are insulated against violence, having only seen it in the school playground or on TV. It's also a bad thing though because sudden bursts of pronounced violence look bad to those who don't understand what they're watching. Violence is horrible, it's shocking and unsettling but thats the way of the world.

I think films and TV don't help, because our hero has no problems disarming weapon wielding opponents with ease. A quick flick of the wrist, an arm lock, a swift take down. It's all easy and most of all "pretty" In the real world it's nothing like that. It's frightening, difficult and dangerous.

There is not a single, 100 % safe way of disarming someone with a knife.

There is. Shoot the ****er I say.

If you wield a knife to terrorise others IMO you give up all your rights to outrage to how you get taken down. If you live by the sword, you die by to sword. Unfortunately, camera phones and social media give a platform for outrage.

Those guys weren't ARVos. They dealt with it brilliantly given they didn't have firearms
