"Radio 4 has apologised to Robert Jenrick for calling him 'xenophobic', when actually, ordering kids cartoons in an immigration centre to be painted over, means there were so many other things they could have called him."
What a bunch of ****s the current tory crop are, loathsome.

Just noticed how much they have chopped the CGT exempt allowance. From 12k down to 3k? I was gonna sell Crypto off each year to pay the mortgage on this council house when I buy it. Oh well will have to wait till Labour are out and pay it from wages instead.

This is the thing that makes me laugh about social media.

People think Labour is in so we have a communist governement. People saw we had the Tories in so we had a far right extreme group in.

We don’t. Currently we have a very slightly left of centre government. Sometimes bordering on totally central.

It used to be bearable when there was just tabloids. Now there are tabloids and millions of people exaggerating and stoking up the fire. The tabloids don’t need a big readership. They just need (and have) a noisy one. Any I am talking about both sides.

Awaiting with trepidation the outcome of the travesty about to take place in Alaska. It feels like one if those turning points in world history, with many possible outcomes, and few of them good ones. Will it turn into a repeat of the Sykes-Picot Agreement of 1916, where Britain and France carved up their spheres of influence in the Middle East? That turned out so well for the inhabitants of that region, after all!

I’m hoping that Putin tricks Trump into giving Alaska back to Russia.
Or failing that convinces the Don to sell it back to them for a fee just above the $7.2 million the US paid for it, so Trump can tell everyone what a great salesman he is.

Sorry Badge, I can’t see any humour in this situation. It’s no exaggeration to say that the future of Europe rests on what happens between the two ****ers down in Anchorage.
