Well, I have been in North West London all day…….didnt see anything resembling London has fallen.
Not wanting to tempt fate, but you haven’t been stabbed, had your Rolex stolen, beaten up or had a strange brown man look at you all lustfully?

Edit: so we can rule out North West London as Fallen. Any more reports anyone, so we can narrow it down.

Been at meetings in Central London today, was over by London Bridge this morning, and currently having coffee in Brixton. I've been using my phone openly in all places, and haven't been knifed, had my phone stolen, or my wristwatch taken. I did see a Canada goose that looked a little bit saucy, but otherwise my maidenhood still intact.

As a student in the mid to late 70s, I regularly rode my bike from Chelsea, through Battersea and Clapham, on my way to my rented flat in Streatham. I cycled past a line of attractive young women, on the corner of a street in Clapham. They would always smile and wave at me, and I'd wave back. Then one evening, the ladies were being bundled into the back of a Black Maria. "Oh, that's what they were doing", I mused. Ah, the innocence of youth.

Two of my customers made me hot drinks today, both Indian ……does that count as being mugged, stabbed?

The areas around The Shard and the Royal Exchange seemed ok on Friday. No issues on the South Bank either.

Didn't Os quote that on here?
There's bullet points below TIOO#7 posted you could add to
Let's look at some evidence. Os has said that we don't know anything about him. All I can do is judge him (and others I haven't met) by his posts. Below are bullet points to give us an insight into his character

  • I am part of the problem as I am non white British (he actually said this)
  • Lefties have never got into a fist fight and that is the main problem
  • Every post of his comes round to someone's race, colour or religious leanings.
  • Elon Musk is a great man who has done so much good
  • Climate crisis is bollocks and made up (no discussion like others, but just total bollocks)
  • If someone he admires (Tate, Trump & Le Pen) is found guilty it is fake news and a witch-hunt, people he is told to despise it is justice.
  • Any religion other than christianity is evil and causing the world to implode.
  • The 'white British' men need to stand up for themselves.
  • Taxpayers that have lived here all their life have more rights than others.
These are just a few snippets I can remember from the top of my head. This isn't me attacking him, but just a reminder of his posts so you can all make your minds up to the type of poster he is.

Totally derailed this once interesting thread and had an attempt with the environmental thread too.

I for one am going to take a break from here as I really don't want to listen to far right rubbish - been living it for 55 years and I don't need to listen to utter tripe on what was once a safe football forum.

EDIT: Still waiting for the area of London that has 'fallen'

To me, this is akin to getting a stick and poking a wild beast through the bars of its cage. You know you shouldn't, it's probably not good for your health, but it whiles away the time between Saints matches. Just wait until May, then we'll have nothing until August, so expect much more stick poking
Except that causes the beast pain and angers it and you can walk away
This causes the beast pleasure and there’s no bars and people aren’t walking away

When I moved back to Southampton last year; one of my initial thoughts after the first few days, was; wow, my crummy city that I used to have no love for, is gradually becoming a mini-London, multi-cultural everywhere you look. How nice!

Obviously I've been mugged by hijab-wearing Canada geese almost daily since then though.
I hear the orangjeboom man is fond of a bit goosing.

Finsbury Park, probably, where I work. It hasn't fallen though, it's always been rough around the edges. And there's always been quite a lot of crime, but that's never been the whole story. It's also always been vibrant, colourful and diverse. It's a working class area in a capital city, with a long history of immigration, assimilation and a fierce local pride forged in adversity. @Osvaldorama would hate it; that's no loss to Finsbury Park, which will muddle along without the likes of him.
Finsbury Park, represent! <badger>

Have lived here since 2021 and according to Google Maps I am about 200ft from the entrance to the park itself, living just a stone's throw from the main road. I'm under a quarter of a mile to the mosque. I've walked Seven Sisters Road from the station at all times of day and night, and other times have sat on the outside benches of the local pubs on the street front, oftentimes with an expensive watch on, and not once have I ever been threatened, let alone robbed/assaulted/made to convert to Islam. The one incident we have had at our apartments since moving in was when a man hopped the fence to sit in our courtyard and do a line of coke off his phone at 2am. He was white, for what it's worth. Another time, some guy (also white) was off his tits and rang my intercom at 3am and was staring into the camera, spaced out. I picked up the call in the hallway and told him to **** off and he did. So I don't count that as noteworthy

Yeah, there are groups of lads hanging around/cruising around in cars, sometimes at all hours, presumably dealing drugs or whatever else, but they are focused on themselves. I am not of interest. Yes, sometimes the late night walk from the station can be daunting when there are large groups hanging about. But I feel the same walking through the suburbs of my very white childhood neighbourhood in Southend in the early hours when I see a group of lads lingering about on a street corner

Since moving to London in 2016, I've also lived in Manor House and Kilburn. And as LTL said, I will at some point this summer move towards the Finchley area, where an Italian friend of mine has lived for many years in peace since moving over here from Como and can't see herself moving home

I was on the train home from my parents at about 8pm last night, having visited my mum for Mother's Day (which we apparently don't mark anymore) and while passing through Chalkwell (a very white - 96% apparently - fairly well off part of Essex, close to the coast) I had a pair of English lads (I reckon they were about 14) in football tracksuits kicking and ripping the headrest and seat back off the chairs in the carriage I was in, just for some fun

This is a roundabout way of saying, yes there are bad eggs in London. And there are bad eggs everywhere else too. They are spread through many different walks of life. London hasn't fallen FFS, there's just a lot more people here and so the volume of bad eggs is higher. But the good eggs are in proportion too

PS: Just walked back from my (Turkish-owned) barber shop in Green Lanes - where the Bulgarian barber cut my hair - and walked through Finsbury Park, via a stop at the (Greek-owned) bakery. There is currently a funfair on the go in Finsbury Park and you could hear the arcade-style music and kids (of all ages and colours) laughing while going round on the rides, with a BBQ ongoing nearby and several people having a post-work drink/bite to eat in the park. I was wandering along flicking between two phones, listening to music, with my watch on. No problem whatsoever. Yes, there were also some homeless people in the park, but guess what? They were also minding their own business and being no nuisance to anybody else :)

I know that DTLW is buying a flat in London right now, but he's been on WhatsApp today, so presume unusually neither stabbed nor converted to Islam yet.

I'm still here! <laugh>
