The Labour justice minister has already said that this is a nonsense and won’t be happening under her watch. So a fuss about nothing really.

TBF, it was the Sunday Sport that first broke the news about a London bus being found in the Antarctic Ice, and a WWII plane being found on the moon. I'm waiting for similar revelations, any day soon...

A pre sentence report I’d imagine. To give background and context to the individual and their circumstances.

It is not a fuss about nothing. It is proof that millions of people that are being consistently ignored have a valid point.

I read all of it, not just a snippet. I’m glad you agree that law should be fair. This is sentencing though and guidelines are periodically updated to reflect what happens. This relates to a report that gives background to a judge in making their decisions on sentencing. The fact that sentences are currently not fair to some of these groups means that highlighting that would be positive surely? It doesn’t force a judge, just put into context and frankly because these are individual decisions, they will never be perfect.

This is all in your opinion. There is a lot of proof of what musk is saying/doing. You just choose to overlook anything positive that he or Trump do and only focus on the negatives.

Exhibit a:
There are astronauts currently stranded in the international space station. They have been up there for months.

Elon musk told them and the Biden administration that he would send a SpaceX shuttle up there months ago to bring them home.

The Biden administration blocked this. They didn’t want musk’s reputation to be bolstered by this good PR. So these astronauts have been up there withering away for months.

Stuff like this is why I see the left/democrats as pure evil. Watching them all sit there, ignoring trumps success in his speech. They just hate the American people. In much the same way as Starmer and his band of idiots hate the UK population

Guess what O's. they are all British. White, black, brown, yellow, straight, gay, bi, Muslin, Sikh, Jewish, Catholic, atheist.

And we need people to consider backgrounds for pre sentencing because of people like you.

No, highlighting people’s backgrounds is prejudicial and discriminatory.

DEI has gone too far. White males are being actively discriminated against in the UK now. It’s obvious in everything from divorce law to criminal law.

I can prove it, too. Replace the wording of many of these policies. If they were being used to protect the interests of white males, there would rightly be huge outcry.

Yet when discrimination happens against white males, people applaud it.

Discrimination is discrimination, no matter the victim

It is in fact you that is being racist here. I want everyone to be treated evenly and fairly, regardless of background or creed.

Your whataboutism is laughable. Every single party has rejected this line, including Labour. This was someone attempting to balance the scales vut it was nothing to do with government- and I have not seen anyone applaud the line.
