Oh Billy have I got your goat? I thought you appreciated a bit of humour obviously of the one way variety in your case. At least you now know Labour are keeping their manifesto promise and removing the VAT exemption on school fees. Os seems to have a bit of spare dosh, I turned down his kind offer, he might be able to help out with the fees.
 
I think we should all try to be civil with each other. Billy, I meant in my post that I acknowledge your argument was semantic - and that you were fair about that. I did not mean any offence. Well, except maybe to Os, who keeps insulting everyone and then being upset about how he is treated.

I haven’t insulted anyone, just stated some facts.

Everything you and jabbo write in relation to politics and finance is low IQ, ill thought-out, selfish nonsense. Just like all socialists, your ideas will make the world a worse place.

In fact, I am actually being exceptionally nice. I have said that I am willing to help educate jabbo.
Can’t get fairer than that

In order to educate others, you must first have some education of your own to impart. So, what is your area of expertise Os?

Trying to debate with Os is like trying to have a reasoned conversation with a tired toddler. He keeps telling everyone how smart he is, but hasn't managed an intelligent response to a message for over 2 years.

Hey come on guys, why the nastiness? Everyone is entitled to an opinion but being critical of every thing someone is saying should be an opinion nothing more!!

He's an appalling man, there's no doubt of that, but there were positives during his previous presidency, and it would just be playing partisan not to point that out. He also plays well to the base of disaffected citizens outside of the major coastal cities.

Genuinely though, regarding my post above, he is showing precisely the sort of mental decline that nudged Biden toward the retirement home. Those aren't the only examples of some pretty peculiar behaviour recently that would indicate there's an issue.

A group of people that don’t want a female president and also simply love Trump .

I know an older white well off American Woman , who says “ I don’t care if he’s broken the law , I don’t care if he goes to jail . I’m voting for him “ .

Once again on here, this mostly shows the left biased perspective.

Trump, though old, is still able to handle himself well, talking publically for hours at a time. If you prune hours of footage of anyone, especially old people, you will be able to find lapses.

Whilst I agree a younger candidate would be a much better choice, his mental agility is still very strong for his age.

Complete contrast to Biden. And notably he’s still a lot smarter than Kamala. She sets up interviews with prearranged questions, talks for less than 15 minutes usually, and still manages to embarrass herself every time she speaks.

Not sure I agree with that, Os. I have no left (or right) bias, but Trump has shown signs recently of significant decline in his mental faculties. It may not be as advanced as Biden yet, but it’s a slippery slope. If you acknowledge it for one (as I definitely do with Biden), you also must for the other.

It’s no good anyone getting into a “but he said/she said” tit-for-tat. You have to be better than that.

Just read a report that North Korea has “donated” 10000 troops to fight for Russia, against Ukraine.
This could tip over into a global conflict if this happens.
Scary times ahead.
