Is the lift-button person in addition to the person who cuts his lines, or the same one?I can now not confirm or deny your suggestion. But you might just be right.
Not just the selling of the council houses but the banning of reinvestment in new stock. That was the real crime as far as I'm concernedIt certainly worked on my dad. He was able to work his way out of a “proper” working class background to owning a business and a nice house that he will always claim to all be down to Maggie Thatcher. A completely solid true blue conservative voter who will not waiver. Will happily walk down and vote for Michael Gove even though he disagreed with Brexit
He has the odd moment - like when he finally once acknowledged that maybe Thatcher selling off all the council houses wasn’t actually as good as he always assumed it was. It was a real “wow, you think?!” moment
To be stuck in a lift is a common recurring nightmare.....but to be incarcerated with that twat takes it to another level of distress!I can now not confirm or deny your suggestion. But you might just be right.
The grateful viewers sighed with thanks collectively.Aha....

I`m working out what area would be required for 100 people to keep `socially distanced`. Bear with me.....
Does anyone remember that bit in the Thick of It where they went on about the **** fight.
‘This is a bucket of ****. If someone throws ****at us, we throw **** back at them. We start a **** fight. We throw so much **** back at them so they can't pick up ****, they can't throw ****, they can't DO ****.’
This is what the government is doing to us right now.
Throwing so much **** at the public that we just become covered in their **** to the point that people get so used to **** and they become blinded by ****, therefore **** becomes the new normal and people start to accept the ****.
I would be surprised if this has the impact the previous accusations had, even if it should kill Johnson and the Tories, in two weeks time it will be CON + 2.
I have said it often enough in the past 18 months but I think the Covid crisis will ultimately bring Boris down. Listening to Radio 4 last night after the football comentary, it was quite interesting how the mood has changed within the Conservative party. PQMs will be awkward today and I am not sure how Boris will navigate this wothout compromising himself. The press has definitely turned against him but whilst Boris is clearly the most imept Preime Minister we have ever had, I feel the bigger problem is the Conservative party itself with the more ridiculous back bench MPs pressurising Boris regarding the relaxation of Covid measures. It strikes me that there is no easing of the spread of Omicron and the current decline in numbers is merely a reflection of the lack of availability of testing kits. It a nutshell, people are not testing on the scale they were over Christmas. It is a false impression and I just think that the easing of measures at a point when hospital admissions are increasing, when there is a greater scale of absences across the critical services and whendeaths are steadily creeping up too extremely reckless at a time we need to be patient. They all need to be swept away, not just Boris. We are at a time in British politics where we simply have no need for this dreadful political party.
