4 in 5 beginning to think it was a bad idea, but unwilling ever to admit it.
Not in blue, so I'm guessing you either forgot or you're in full Troll mode todayWhy all the fuss about Pritti Patel. The civil servants in the Home Office needed sorting out and she was just the person to kick their arses.
As a long term councillor I have dealt with people in public service. They have good points and bad points. They tend to be reliable and steady without being especially dynamic. What is essential though is employment rules are followed, that is what they are there for. If you are unhappy with the performance of an employee screaming, swearing and throwing staplers at them all tend to be roughly equal in terms of the improvement it is likely to bring about. The woman is a harridan, little man syndrome in a woman.
Logic and common sense truths don't work on many who's entrenched views are so firm it's not worth arguing. My niece spent 20 years working in Westminster, attaining senior civil servant status. She is now with HMRC, having got fed up with trying to get “power mad, egotistical arseholes to do the right thing”.
Having been brought up by her mother (my sister) who is a Mail reading and card carrying Tory and Mrs Bucket wannabe, it is refreshing to know that she has never voted for the Tories and that she is embarrassed by her mother’s choice of paper, something she has tried to change, to no avail.
She has regularly pointed out the lies in the Mail, to her mum, but her mum always preferred to believe the paper, rather than her daughter who may have been handling documentation directly related to the stories.
Anyone got anything on this? It did mention a specific Tory MP who hasn’t been seen in Parliament since 01/08/20, but I won’t put the name on here, in case it is without foundation.

Whilst chatting to those foreigners in their country in English and then getting annoyed when they don't understand you.
The solution is of course, to either shout louder or stick an 'o' on the end of each word and then you'll be understood.
Bloody foreigners. I voted for Brexit yet they still let the immigrants in. What was the ****ing point?
Some one has to wipe your arse and empty the piss pot whilst they have a second job picking fruit and veg or delivering mail. Bloody Brits above that sort of job, social security scroungers with bloated families all.Bloody foreigners. I voted for Brexit yet they still let the immigrants in. What was the ****ing point?
