Silly me Badger - i got confused thinking this was a forum to debate. Next time i will just go along with the majority view and think what everyone else wants me to think :emoticon-0148-yes:
Debate isn't likening forum members to rats.
What is it you are debating? The torys performance in response to the CV crisis? Their handling of the brexit negotiations? Johnson vs Starmer at PMQs?

Debate is fine, but comparing people to rats, just to get a response is a little bit childish in my opinion.

Was it really comparing people to rats Badger? I think we both know it wasnt, but once again, you seem to have an agenda with me, and use this to call it out, just as I see things a little different.

I think you are being incredibly disingenuous by labelling me childish, again just because I see things differently.

Im sorry I dont see things exactly the way you do, but maybe that is a good thing to have a little diversity in the world, where challenge can be a positive thing.

It may be quite possible it could be far easier to give rousing speeches with no real responsibility. Much different doing this in situ, if you like. You dont any ability to be proven for starters, no one at this stage on the red team can say this is my idea, and it works.

I think they are all a bit **** really, and some of you on this thread appear to be like the rats led by the Pied Piper of Hamelin.

Whilst I agree with what you said, the fact he is Sir Keir starmer and was awarded that for his legal services protect g the vulnerable means that he has a lot of credibility in my eyes, compared to the alternative

I agree, and quite like him. My point (as Badger and Jabo know) is people get led by other people based on rhetoric that either is a guess, with a degree of education, that often arent proven, yet they get led around by these people (the Piper), and then go on and on at others to also get drowned in the lake.

"some of you on this thread appear to be like the rats led by the Pied Piper of Hamelin." quite the reverse is the obvious understanding.
Response at 27144?

Ok you are correct and I am clearly wrong. Does that make you happy?

You know, it is Ok for people to see things differently. Ive explained my views in a response to Os. If you chose to overlook that, then there isnt much we can talk about.

Although, I am noticing the weather is turning. How is it in Europe?

Please remind me of your previous pseudonym, for this site.

Nothing to be happy or sad about, I thought odd you used the phrase then deny it, are you considering a career in politics?

Your link 27144 didn't go to a post.

Weather in Hampshire and The Hague similar for the next few days.

No need to be patronising Badger, maybe your day isnt going to plan, and I really hope it turns out better for you, as it seems you are very argumentative today, with me. Ive given an explanation for the Piper quote, if you dont like it, you can always bend over and brace yourself :emoticon-0172-mooni

Ive had an incredible day, and thanks for asking.

Not sure what my pseudonym has to do with this - are you going to elaborate or just leave me hanging?

I have had a few names over the years. Been called a few also...

My post number was 27144, i didnt try to link anything but maybe the site has an error as I copied the post number from my post.

Im not denying anything - like your persuasion to politics, you take what appeals to you most about things I have said. Ive since explained the point I was making, not really arsed if you dont agree, like or whatever. I think people who follow so closely, then try to preach, as you and Badger often try to do on here, by forcing your views down people throats, to me, in my opinion, are like the rats that were led to the lake by the Piper.

And yes I have considered a career in Politics. How do you know I am not your heart throb Kier, just waiting to lure you to my pantry. Said the spider to the fly.

Bit to belligerent Billy you started with snide remarks and you come back with more. No forcing by me me I have strong views which I'll express here without resorting to rat attacks. "like the rats" "heart throb Kier" is that debate? Only at juvenile level or by spaffer in response to a pointed Starmer remark at PMQs. Don't forget your brolly.

There were no snide remarks, maybe you took it personally. It was an observation at the way people follow other peoples views.

Not belligerent, just different to you. Perhaps you dont tolerate things that are different to you.

The ref to heart throb was lighthearted, you're just taking it badly as you're wound up. Just calm down, take a deep breath, youre clearly making a mountain out of a mole hill.

Not sure what the brolley refers to either, but I'm not that fussed in finding out either.
