So Thornberry declares her bid for leadership. Not my choice. However she defends Corbyn and says he was badly advised. Now a Labour Party Source slags her off.. No name! Just a source.. Well f*** **f Labour party source, until you have the guts to put your name to your comments you are not worth it. Call me back when there is an honesty in the Party, then this Socialist might rejion...

I am afraid that if it's RLB that is chosen to lead the party that is me done with Labour. It's not so much sour grapes but that she is the Corbyn continuity candidate and there will be no way back. There is absolutely no point trying to argue the case for a party that you know will just get beaten again by whoever is the other party in the fight. We will be here again in five months time if that happens with Labour trotting out the same old excuses as to why they did not make progress in council elections. "We just need to explain the policies better!" NO! You need a leader who doesn't come over as a sad misanthrope. Even a scruffy haired serial womanising congenital liar will do. FFS just get someone normal!

Listening to R4 this morning it seems that Pfeffel's much vaunted oven ready trade deal will depend upon a high level of regulatory alignment with current EU terms. I'm wondering just where the ERG fits in with this one.

The EU (Withdrawal Agreement) Bill 2019-20 has been published. There are three major amendments:

▪️MPs right to veto/vote over any extension: Gone

▪️Parliament's role to scrutinise the future relationship between the UK & EU: Gone

▪️Workers/Employment rights protection: Gone

Happy now? I’m not :emoticon-0121-angry:emoticon-0121-angry:emoticon-0121-angry:emoticon-0121-angry

Well I am surprised. Surely this is wrong. I just can't believe this is the sort of thing good old Boris would do. It must be Corbyn's fault. It seems everything else is.
