This is exactly what bothers me. The selfish rich can justifiably vote for their own selfish interests. Unfortunately, the poor listen to papers and media run by the selfish rich rather than actually read policy for themselves.
What you're talking about is a thrifty, well behaved, grateful, ignorant under class who tug their forelocks to their betters. It's little different to that scenario.

Yikes. If those numbers were bang on I could see May (or someone) governing with support from the Northern Irish Unionists. Not sure I believe the SNP losing 20 seats though.
 
Who have the SNP lost 17 seats to? Basically TM cannot proceed with Brexit without the support of the DUP and Ulster Unionists and that could be highly contentious. What is she going to offer them to get them on board? Hopefully she fails in that area, then she is toast. Sarkozy for Conservative leader.
