Kilmarnock striker Boyd reckons there are positives for the new man taking the helm at Ibrox, particularly after the back-to-back wins over Aberdeen.

He added: "Had it been this time last week and Derek was offered it he would probably have thought there's wholesale changes needed but the performances against Aberdeen show the overhaul is not as big as everyone expects.
