To be honest watching on TV there always seems to be a few unoccupied seats which makes you wonder about the claims of overcrowding. It seems an atmosphere is the last thing some people want. Except in the away area of course.

I just thought there would have been more about the discussions and suggestions, rather than what seems to be a rehash of what people already knew from the papers.

You weren't expecting anything to change, we're you? I wonder if they ever look at other clubs and observe how much better things are done there? Hopefully the new owners will want an atmosphere more like the ones they are accustomed to and will take measures to facilitate that.

It'd be interesting to know if any suggestions to change were made, so we'd maybe have a clear reason why not.

It would also be good if they put some numbers on it, perhaps even talk about a specific game there was a problem.
The difficulty I have is that I go in E3 and I’ve never ever seen any overcrowding. I appreciate I’m less likely to feel intimidated than some, but it’s simply doesn’t seem true to me which makes it difficult to support

Trust Meeting with New Club Chairman

In an early positive sign of changing times, Trust Chairman Graham Cannon and Vice Chairman Russell Anson were very happy to meet with new Club Chairman Acun Ilicali, Tan Kessler & Jim Rodwell, along with representatives of the Official Supporters Club and Senior Tigers, before the Preston game on Saturday.

Acun talked about his background and re-itereated how he wanted fans to be integral to the club moving forward. He thanked the people of Hull for the warmth of his welcome.

Acun was very keen for our ideas to help get fans back into the stadium.

It is hoped to have another meeting in 3/4 weeks when more specific details can be discussed.
In advance of this meeting we plan to ask members/fans for their views in how to improve the match-day experience to get fans back via a survey. More details to follow.

The FA has introduced new rules to help protect the heritage of football clubs in England that will be implemented across the Premier League, EFL, National League [national division], Women’s Super League and Women’s Championship.

The introduction of the new rules for the start of the 2022/23 season follows a consultation process with the relevant Leagues and the Football Supporters Association.

Under the new rules, if a club wishes to make a material change to its club crest, or change its recognised home shirt colours, it must undertake a thorough and extensive consultation process with supporters.

A club must also be able to evidence that a majority of its supporters are in favour of any proposed changes (such as via an independently-run poll of season ticket holders, the club’s Community Benefit Society, and supporters that have attended a certain number of home matches).

In the event a club is found to be in breach of the rules, The FA is able to take appropriate action, such as ordering a club to revert back to a previous crest or home shirt colour combination.

The aim of the new rules is to put supporters at the heart of the decision-making process regarding these important club heritage matters. As part of our ongoing response to the fan led review, we will be continuing a consultation process regarding potential ground relocation rules this season.

Why haven’t they included that? Rules already in place?
