Couldn’t see a thread so thought I’d start one.

Anyone heard any whisperings about the injuries to Cirkin or LND? It’s suspiciously quiet…being a Sunderland fan I’m obviously expecting the worst :emoticon-0107-sweat

**** sake. At least it's happened in winter world cup year. He should be back when the season restarts.

Wouldn’t assume the veracity is present with chap. He’s already been taken to task for having BBC in this Twitter name when he wasn’t. Saying that though my gut feeling is that he’ll be out for a while.

Really hope it’s bollocks
Me too..............but this is Sunderland, you know it won't be

Over to you Mowbray - what you got in your locker to set us up to score goals?

It's all speculation until the club confirm it. It could be that BBC are picking up on that whopper's tweet and running it as fact.

"4-8 weeks, but realistically 12" sounds odd
It looks like a Nick Barnes tweet as a BBC journalist and Nick Barnes follows the Joseph Brown account

It comes across as them reporting the dubious tweet, as mentioned ,4-8 weeks but could be 12 sound like covering all bases.

Even for a week he is a miss, I'm hoping he was fine the day after and we are keeping him hidden to unleash athe weekend got to stay positive even if a bit crazy <laugh>.

If it's a grade 3 tear, how can it be only 4 weeks, sounds like no official news so make something up to stir us up.

Still nowt official so I guess we just wait and see.

Fingers crossed BBC have jumped the gun and it’s not as bad as that random bloke on Twitter reckons :emoticon-0107-sweat

FWIW I've had a grade three hamstring tear and there wasn't a chance in hell I was jogging off the pitch the way Stewart did. I can't see how it can be grade 3 unless the guy is so physically strong and can withstand pain so well that he can jog off like he did.
