You can only pick 2 to lead your line...

    Who do you pick?

    - Torres
    - Shearer
    - Henry
    - Drogba
    - Suarez
    - Van Persie
    - van Nistelrooy
    - Aguero
    - Kane

    in their prime?

shearer must be in before his injuroes he was utterly unstoppable

see.... it's not easy then pick a pair.

if I'm picking just the best two then Henry all day every day.

if I'm picking two to be partnership then Suarez and shearer

Suarez and Henry for me. Suarez best all round forward, Henry a goal machine with pace and can drift from wide.

I think it really depends what era you're talking about, plus the style of football you want to be playing.

The way football is played now, the likes of Shearer, RVN, Fowler, Andy Cole, Ian Wright, etc wouldn't be anywhere near as effective imo.

In today's football set-up, it must be Henry and Suarez; both work hard, press, are creative and score/assist.

    Suarez & Aguero

Henry is unproven in the modern PL, stick with what you know would work

Indeed. Henry was an amazing goal scorer, best goal scorer I know and all his goals were different... Left foot, right foot, head, testicles... He could score with someone else's armpit.

Suarez is best all round player I've seen, he made Sturidge look world class. Everyone he plays with becomes a genius because LS knew how to stretch space and get the best out of his teammates.

Suarez-Henry would be an unbeatable force.

RVN, as much as it pains me to say, would be #3.

Fowler early.on had huge pace. he would be hugely effective.

shearer was no slouch in he olden days as well.

imo people will remember his newkie days during this poll and select Henry not him. in the mid 1990s he was utterly unplayable.

plus if you are looking for power, pace and hold the ball up as well as press he's your man of all those.

    plus...better than Henry.

as I said if it's a pure just pick a top 2 it's sheared and Henry.

if you'd said.pick.me a front 3 I'd have Henry, Suarez and shearer with shearer middle.

the simple fact is none of the others come anywhere near.

I'd agree to put drogba and Aguero next ahead of cole and rvn even despite their medals and achievements

    but shearer over drogba anyway.

Aguero has never been poty I think... he gets injuries so he's had longevity and brilliance but not consistency.

you will note nobody will rate kane near any of the above.

Suarez is the best player I've seen, so he is in
Drogba was fantastic, but better by himself, so Henry for me too

Henry was the best player in the premiership and on his day was unplayable. So has to be in. Torres has been an incredible scorer for us (but useless for others) . I am assuming we are talking about his form for LFC

Saurez is the best player the premier league has ever had. In my opinion.

Aguero is quality of course. Actually think Tevez would have been up there had he chosen better after West Ham. Both tenacious
