I think @Commachio is referring to the use of what are now considered racist words by the black community and that it's hypocritical. It's a common argument.

It's certainly complicated at times. I get the empowerment argument but kinda think the British grime scene is getting it wrong right now. I'm no expert though and lack perspective.
