Eels are delicious eaten traditionally jellied, but in my opinion should be chopped into pieces 30mm long boiled then allowed to cool roll the pieces in flour and then fried, You can add a tad of garlic to the oil they are fried in, for a continental flavour. Yummy.

Never eaten them jellied or otherwise; but that does sound good. Am gonny dae that. Need to ask ma fishmonger to get eels. Are there types of eels I should be asking for?
