When coming on this site of late i'm been attacked by a Phishing link, Not that i am arsed as my Security System blocks it. Just a heads up for those that might not be so protected!

DANGEROUS URL
httpiamlivinghete (i wont add the rest but this is part of the url when looking at our fourm not sure if its all 606 as i dont browse the other teams or GC)

On mine it says phishing site blocked and gives details, if you dont have the right security? and it might not pick it up or your security just might not tell you and block it? wil add a picture

I've posted a link to your question on the mods board to see if it's something someone more technically minded tham me can answer.

It's simple DMD someone has attached a url to this domain name and it gathers your information (not been insulting just informing you what is going on)

Its after your account and password information whitch can lead to other things.

When it comes to computer knowledge and advice, I'm rarely insulted. I know my limits.

Cheers, it sounds like something the site owner will resolve.

Someone else had a similar warning that went of it's own accord. Are you using Kapersky?

those that are using smart phones and tablets you are as much a risk as any so please make sure your phones and tablets are secure

I recommend Kaspersky Internet Security – Multi-Device but hey each to there own

I've not experienced the problem myself but the link to this thread I have passed on to the site owner.

Is print screen at the top in 3 dots? This was taken off the PC i was working on, it seem a phishing link is activated when accessing this site not just when logging on, As said a picture is above and could be nothing?

The three dots issue is something Mick's looking at. Sometimes quoting the post gets the image to appear.

I'm aware of the three dot issue, something Mick is aware of and has been trying to fix. I see three dots as well not an image, accept when quoted in post as above.

I don't really want to confuse the three dot issue (which is being worked on for a resolution) with your phishing query.

Looks like the site is linked to a phishing url, just checked not606.com and another url popped up, will add pic and quote it as this has a differernt url

Edit: starts of the same but with a little different ending

Should you lot not be ringing a bell as you stroll through the board :emoticon-0141-whew:

I've asked Mick for an update.

Excuse my ignorance, but I know there are plenty of 'bots' fishing around on any site, why would this one be different, and why does it only appear on certain packages?

Could it just be comercial rivalry from Kapersky flagging this one?
