"Messi has, however, called off his dream move to Newcastle as his doesn't want to live in the shadow of another Brazilian."

Fighting words, those

Not really. Brazilian forwards are nearly always over-rated.

For a while there was an argument of Kaka or Ronaldo being the best players then they both went to Real and there was no contest.

Then it was Messi and Neymar and they both went to Barcelona and again it was no contest.

The second a pundit realises a forward is Brazilian they add on an extra rose-tinted layer.

I hope Joelinton genuinely is great ofc.

Joelinton to get 20 plus PL goals this season

NEW JUST IN: We at the Chronicle interviewed a handful of people regarding Newcastles new signing Joelinton

We went to see him in training and were genuinely impressed with his ability. Schar was overheard exclaiming to other players "When I saw him in training I orgasmed so hard my cock actually dropped off". It is not believed this will affect Schar, who should be available for the first game.

Meanwhile Christiano Ronaldo is apparently putting in extra pre-season training as he "wants to be fit enough to lace Joelintons boots" as the inevitable Balon'Dor winning adoptive geordie prepares for his first Premiership season.

Messi has, however, called off his dream move to Newcastle as his doesn't want to live in the shadow of another Brazilian.

The final word has to go to Benitez though who is quoted as saying "mumble, mumble, poor mans Rondon. FACT." in a particularly bitter anti-Ashley rant which most people found undecipherable.
Haslam waxes lyrical about his Brazilian.
