Off Topic Peaky Blinders

Just watched the first episode of the new series on I Player ****ing brilliant.
Tommy still at his best but at odds with the Italian Mafia now.
Cillian Murphy is brilliant in this roll like.
Great show, highly recommend it.

 

Never seen it. Nor game of thrones or any other such tosh. I've never played call of duty or FIFA. No intention of doing so, but if you enjoy it Billy, crack on. I'm a Luddite

Ironically despite thinking you're above all that you're actually the one missing out. So if anything you're below everyone else, in terms of home entertainment that is.

****ing brilliant show. As a side note in terms of 4kTV nothing looks better than it, it looks incredible you feel like you’re in the street with the ****ers.

There’s a talk of a movie could be ****ing brilliant if done right.

 

Liked the first couple of series but tired of it. Find it all a bit overwritten.

That said, that's an opinion thing. It's brilliant TV in terms of production and acting. It's ****ing brilliant that it does its bit to carry the British TV industry abroad.

 

I just can't be arsed with people who tell everyone just how much they aren't interested in things that everyone else likes. Fine, don't enjoy it yourself. Don't insist on telling everyone though nobody gives a ****.

 

Still haven't got round to watching it. on the list though.

 

It’s a good show to binge watch season 1, then gets a bit heavier so slow it down for season 2.

 

Until I'm in the mood I won't be watching it, once I'm in the the mood i'll binge **** it's face in. Just the way I role. All or nothing. That's why I generally don't watch dramas until the last season is finished.

I got my mate the series for his Christmas present, two years ago. I've never actually seen it myself, though.

 

Quite agree. Season 1 was superb. I watched them all in 1 night.

 

Love peaky blinders, a friend from work put me onto it a few months back and i ended up binge watching the first 3 serries in jnder a week. I thought the first episode of season 4 was great, it's one of the few british TV series which is on the same level as the big american shows.
