Nothing. How do you legislate for terrorist attacks on this scale? If the government tries to track people's e-mail activity and internet use then they are "snooping", Any armed response is going to be reactive rather than proactive, European leaders won't close the borders of Europe to people from Muslim countries, and no doubt the crisis in Syria has been used by some as a vehicle to get those with evil intentions on to mainland Europe (amid the confusion of all the genuine refugees). We will all have to get used to seeing armed police on our streets and the other things I mentioned in my previous post.
This is what needs to be done - snooping and closing borders.

Definitely a big organised one, probably to coincide with the France-Germany game, where police forces will be somewhat distracted by thousands of fans.

Emwazi biting the dust earlier probably didn't help.

After reading this again and not wanting to take sides or anything, and not wanting an argument as I only usually argue with poeople I can actually hear breathing.. But it's obvious that quill was saying that the terrorist used the Germany vs France game as a diversion for their other attacks around Paris and that the death of this pathetic , cowardly little ****ing no marks death didn't help. Those cowardly, pathetic pieces of **** that carried out these attacks would of heard about the death of that pathetic ,cowardly little no mark before they left the **** pit that they live in.
And hopefully will end up the same way as the cowardly little ****ing no mark....

It is too late to stop this. Any suggestions to prevent it being possible in the first place would have been drowned out by cries of racism and the howls of the civil liberties mob.
If you have the power you just do it. Most people want it but they are level headed. Screaming about closing everything down and wanting terrorists to communicate with each other without any risk is only supported by a small number.

Thank you, at least someone understood.

I was just going to say the French Police will have to go in all guns blazing and it sounds like they just have done

The problem with that is you run the risk of losing everyone in a desperate act from the gunmen.

Though when said gunmen are going around 1 by 1 and executing them, it is the only solution.

Damned if they do and damned if they don't - the French police are in a lose / lose position

If you have a choice between doing nothing and letting the terrorists kill all the hostages one at a time I would prefer the police try to kill the terrorists quickly and at least save some of the hostages.

Are you saying that incomprehensible, badly written stuff is alright but pointing out someone has posted statements which make no sense or can have more than one interpretation are alright?

No, I'm saying that anyone who points out a badly written post, when 40 people have just been murdered, is a ****tard.

Maybe. But it had no bearing on things. The attacks would have gone ahead anyway as it had been planned for some time to coincide with game so the death of the scumbag had no bearing on it. They wouldn't have killed any less if he hadn't been taken out. We aren't dealing with rational people here. After all the attack took place in the country which has given a home to more Muslims than any other European country when they were playing thevteam from thei country which has recently given automatic refugee status to tens of thousands fleeing Syria.
Though, given their twisted minds, that could be their reason.

When the Russians stormed the Moscow theatre in 2002 something like 150 hostages got killed although the Russians gassed soldiers gassed everyone
