Peter, do you recall the IRA? They were legals - they held our passport. Can you think of other UK passport holders who might be considered a security threat, a terrorist? By the end game of counting the active terrorists, rounding up their logistical support and attempting to measure the passive support, this act is not representative of a people or religion.
