Not fishing just an observation.

Anyone else noticed the same as me, that when he talks apart from having the charisma of a Halibut, only his bottom lip moves.
Reminds me of a bad guy in Thunderbirds, where the only moving parts of the puppets heads were the eyes and bottom lip. :p
